It has been one week since I worked in Disney English. Time to conclude from it and tell what I feel about the job. Firstly I would like to say it’s nice to be friends with all AT and FT. They guys are really fabulous from which I find out much fun. They Andrew, american guy who got lost all the time, energetic Kimbley, artistic James, beautiful Sunny, cute Ying, kind Pinky, interesting Rebecca. We are a team. Without team’s effort, excellent work could never be done. So hope everyone can be involved in the role of our job as soon as possible and enjoy it.

Today I was touched by kids’ graduation ceremony. I saw big smile on each kid as well as on their parents who were excited to take pictures for their babies’ wonderful moment. This myabe the meaning of my job. The kid start from scratch and achieve a lot through efforts made by AT and FT. on thinking of that, it feels so good!!!

I can’t say how much I like the job. But one thing I am certain is that I can see a real myself when I go in for it. I can find myself in the job. Maybe I am still a kid. Who knows, hehe~~I think that reallys matters. But I try finding way to deal with kids. For example, what if there is one interverted kid in class? I should find reason why he/she keeps silent; talk with him/her more; be fair with each kid; try discovering sth he/she is interested in an effort to energize him/her; or sth later I try to find out. On the other hand, I had better not take for granted that kids will respect me a lot cuz they sometimes are naughty. What I can do is to be friendly with them unless they are too naughty to interrupt others’ learning. Be patient and nice are also important key element in kids’ teaching. Well, there is sure to be many other difficulties I will encounter soon. So, come on, wigi, enjoy it and learn from it.
